1st time, and I'm sold! Our carry out order was: Szechuan chicken dinner combo (chicken fried rice & eggroll) $8.75 add on special, California roll (full roll, 8 nice pieces) $2 House salad w/ginger dressing $3.25 Summer rolls (aka fresh rolls) $4.25 Extra egg roll $1.30 All this for $20 and change---- awesomeness!! The combo dinner was some of the best I've had, fresh chicken, and veggies were cooked perfect with just the right amount of crunch/bite to them still. There is nothing worse than when all the veggies are mush and don't require chewing, save those veggies for when my kids put me in a old folks home please. The house salad was a HUGE portion, well enough for 2 people to enjoy. The ginger dressing was the 1st I've ever had, so I can't compare it to anything. I do know it was fresh per the tiny minced bits of carrots, garlic and ginger that hugged my fork. Sometimes your 1st time isn't the best, but in this case, it was ; ) The summer rolls--- just get them. Really. The only thing that's wrong is deciding which dipping sauce u like better. Egg rolls. I've had way better , but I've also had way worse. In short, I'm gona eat more of them in the future. And last but not least, the $2 California roll. Its real, its good and its only $2. BUUUUUT, its only $2 per every dinner/entrée you order, and mind you there is a total of 5 different "add-on" rolls u can order. Now, with that being said, I just may call all my friends and start offering my own personal delivery service from Feng Fu, just so I can get the add-on sushi for $2!! Just go. Order 1 of everything. And enjoy.

It seems as if Asian Fusion restaurants are on the rise and Lee Wok/Feng Fu is one of them. Lee Wok/Feng Fu used to be a small Chinese carryout restaurant and is now serving Thai and Sushi as well. There are five small tables enough for 10 patrons at a time to eat in. For some reason I have the habit of stopping by places an hour before they close. However, the 2 cooks at Lee Wok/Feng Fu were more than accommodating. They looked bored to death before we got there anyway :P I ordered 2 sushi rolls: Volcano and Spicy Tuna. My hubby got the beef Pad Thai and my daughter got her usual Thai fried rice with chicken. We got there at 9pm and the food was brought out to us about 10 to 15 minutes later. The sushi was good and filling, but the rice was almost a little too soft. The Thai fried rice was pretty good and had Thai basil in it which lent a lot of flavor also. My hubby's Pad Thai seemed like it had some of the Thai basil flavor imparted in it too. Interesting but tasty. We paid a little over $30 for all that food. I was pretty satisfied. I'll be stopping by more often, probably in the day though. And word of caution; the water kind of tastes funny so opt for a soft drink.

My husband and i stopped in for some sushi. We heard a sound coming from the kitchen and i asked the waiter if what we heard was someone clipping their nails? He said yes and laughed it off... needless to say we walked out. Pretty gross. I only chose a star because I had too

Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Ordered online for delivery & got the combo bc there was a minimum anyway. They brought me white rice instead of the chicken fried rice that was advertised with the combo. When I called about this, the server was very rude to me. Hung up on me once, and, after I called back, told me she was "too busy to deal" with me. I asked if she would send me the chicken fried rice, as I had ordered, and she said no, and then hung up on me again. I really don't appreciate stuff like that... plus the food wasn't even all that great, anyway. Yeah...naw. I'm good.

Legitimately some of the best sushi in the area! I usually eat from here at least once a week, but the current weather conditions have me in a state of hibernation. The sushi is fresh and delicious, and out of the over 100 times I've gotten carry out from here, I've never once had a bad experience. My personal recommendations are as follows: yam yam roll, dragon roll, dynamite roll, kamikaze roll, and crunch roll....but no matter what you order, you cannot go wrong.

Horrible! Won't be back. I got chicken pad Thai medium. When I got it there was absolutely no flavor. I had to add my own Thai spices to even eat it and then threw half of it away. The place was dirty on the inside and very disorganized. I also kept smelling cigarettes. Also small children in a kitchen have no business there. While waiting I was looking at their sushi station which I wouldn't eat a bite from. Go some place else that's at least clean and gives you tasty food. But I will never go back here.

I have been here loads of time and love it. This place is pretty consistent and has great service. They are very accommodating when you ask for less or more of an ingredient (ie. I always ask for light oil of stir fry). What I really like from here are Kamikaze, Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and Philadelphia rolls. The chicken pad thai is also delicious. I read through some past review and I am confused when they say it isn't good and bland. I am an extremely picky eater and I think it is super flavorful/spicy with the fresh basil and chili they use. You can probably ask for mild if you don't want spicy also. Other things that I have eaten that are ok are the curry noodles, pad see yu, Hunan chicken/shrimp, hot and sour soup, wonton soup, tom yum soup, egg drop soup, and california roll. My fiance also loves the teriyaki chicken roll.

Didn't realize it until after ordering but this place just opened so we got 15% off. That being said I think the last 7 five star reviews are fake. But, same night I waited an hour and a half for another Chinese place deliveries, long story but it didn't work out. This place was able to have it delivered in 20 minutes. Food is so/so. Not sure if I'd return or not I'm really hungry so I ate it all but found a piece of plastic, like from a frozen food bag, in my chicken. Service was good, just like this place... Just good.

I order from this place almost weekly! And most the time im satisfied because they deliver it to me. Now I've had delivery from there about 4 times 2 of the times they forgot a part of my order which I was charged for. Today was the end of me liking this restaurant completely! I called to place a carry out order or to come pick it up being its a snow storm outside, I got their voicemail which informed me that from now until September they're closed on Saturday! What???? The busiest day of the week your closed for at least 7 months, unacceptable! I'm done giving them business!

I usually go to Umi sushi which is a mile away from here, but I decided to give this place a try. Immediately upon walking in, I was welcomed by a friendly lady who I assumed was the owner/manager. She was very friendly and patient as I browsed their large menu. They have thai and chinese dishes, as well as sushi. I ordered spring rolls, thai fried rice with chicken, and some sushi (yam yam roll, alaskan roll, and salmon nigiri). I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted considering this place is definitely not a fancy, well known place. I was glad everything tasted good because the customer service was so great. The sushi was excellent, some of the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend the Yam Yam roll. It's very unique and tasty. The thai and chinese foods I had were good too, but the sushi was definitely the winner here.

OMG! this place is awesome! The sushi is amazing and the great prices to go with it! There's one guy that does all the sushi rolls, so he takes his time and they're delicious. I've only had the sushi here so I can't say much on anything else. This is definitely my new sushi place. Oh, if you're looking for a fancy place to sit with the family, then this isn't the place for you. Everything is simple. Nothing fancy here. Great whole in the wall next to a hookah bar.

Great food & service here. Got sushi. Very fresh loved to watch it being made. Yan is the best. Very clean restaurant. Come check it out. Very reasonable prices. Also has Thai food and Asian cuisine.

Was in the mood for sushi and this place was near my house so we gave it a try. It was delicious!! Some of the best sushi I've had in a long time. The spicy tuna roll was to die for with just the right amount of heat. My favorite by far was the Red Wing roll. Great prices for the quality of the food. Will definitely return.

We decided we wanted sushi the other night, for dinner. We wanted carryout and our usual place is a bit of a hike and really pricey so we didn't feel like going there. We have never tried any of the sushi places near our house - so my husband pulled up Yelp to see what we could find. Feng Fu had pretty decent reviews and after reading the menu - we decided to give it a try. Ordering was super easy - we did it online. Of course we over ordered (as we usually do) - but the amount of sushi we got for $40 was awesome. The sushi was delish too. We were both really impressed. I also got a cup of the miso soup which was really tasty as well. I can't speak for any of the other menu items except for the sushi - but we have now made this our new place to go for sushi.

Food: Possibly the best Crab Rangoon I have had. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken and a couple of sushi rolls that were all tasty. The only complaint we had was that our seaweed salad was frozen and not appetizing at all. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were enjoying our meal.

It was not very good. The eel was fishy tasting and had a weird after taste I spit it out. I don't suggest this place. Go to Nobel Fish in Clawson if you like this place you will soon realize this place should have stayed a Chinese food place.

We had 2 Bento boxes with General Tsao Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken, excellent, fresh salads, sushis, tasty egg rolls, good service...We were there next to another couple..who ordered the deep fried crusted sushi and were disappointed with the crust on the sushi being too thick. Then they took it to go...after they complained...We had a great experience.

Ordered the spicy tuna roll and chicken pad thai. Sushi was good but the pad thai was bland. Barley any chicken, red peppers or flavor. Lots of food, but wasnt good.

Hands down phenomenal! I ordered delivery and arrived within 20 minutes. The pad Thai is absolutely one of the best I've ever had. The amount of spice was perfect. We also ordered the udon noodles which were also very good. Miso soup you can never go wrong and the ginger salad was great. You get so much for your money. Very satisfied and recommend for everyone to try! Love love love!!!!

Just got back from a trip from Michigan and during my visit there my friend took me to this place call LeeWok for a meal and I am really impressed with the foods they had there. It is a fusion restaurant consist of Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisine. We ordered few different dishes and they all tasted really good. My favorite was the Pad See Yu, it is a Thai noodle consist of vegetables and egg. It taste even better than any of the ones I had in the Thai restaurants in NYC. When I am back to Michigan next time, I sure will go back to LeeWok again.

I live 20 minutes away but this is still one of my go-to places. I love coming here there's so much to choose from Chinese, Thai and even sushi! And let's not forget that the people are very welcoming and friendly. My absolute favorites are Chicken Undon, Almond Boneless Chicken, and Dynamite Roll. I also love eating the Crab Rangoon and the Pad Thai. The food is AMAZING and the people are super friendly.

I was a little skeptical at first and a little off-put when I was walking up and saw the chef eating in the kitchen.... but when I brought the food home.... omg. It. Was. Soooo. GOOD! The medium Red Curry was just spicy enough without being over-powering. The portion sizes were HUGE! I will definitely be going back.

I love the food and atmosphere in this restaurant. I haven't had sushi this good in a long time. I would have to say my favorite would be the Spicy Tuna Roll. The fact that they could make it to the perfect amount of spicy is just unbelievable. Everyone was so friendly. I'll defiantly come back again in the future.

This restaurant just reopened under new ownership. They will soon be changing the name to Feng Fu to reflect the new more diversified menu. The old Lee Wok did strictly Chinese food, the new owner has provided a menu filled with Asian and Thai food along with an extensive sushi menu, both raw and cooked. We sampled the Crab Rangoon and Sesame Chicken from the Chinese menu, the Egg Drop and Tom Yum soups, the Masaman Curry from the Thai menu, and the California Roll and Crunch Roll from the cooked sushi menu. All were delicious and the service was delightful. They also supply delivery service! We will definitely be returning!

Reviews were very misleading. If I could describe the food in one word it would be "bland." Food arrived very quickly, but was not what I had read about and hoped for.

Growing up this place had the BEST Chinese takeout in the area. New owner's are doing a pretty good job though! Fresh really good sushi and really good Chinese. Have not tried the Thai yet but I would imagine it is good too. Not much space to sit it's mostly a take out place. Place has not been redecorated in a long time so it's little bit of a hole in the wall. But doesn't matter to us it's perfect for my husband who likes Chinese and me who likes Sushi! Prices are super reasonable and they are fast. highly recommend!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
